Mrs. Frank Gross died at her home, one and one half miles east of Snyder’s Mill on Thursday night, Oct 19, at the tender age of 19. Little Mary as she was called, had lived with her uncle, John Campbell, since the death of her mother, which occurred when she was quite small. She was married to Frank Gross, Aug 7, 1892. She leaves a little daughter but three months old in the cold world without the love that only mothers know to protect her. The funeral occurred at 4 o’clock p.m. Saturday at the Christian Church in Hillsboro by Brother Canfield, of Indianapolis. Interment in the Hillsboro cemetery --– kbz
